ANDREW SCOTT - HEAD COACH/ GENERAL MANAGER
A native of Canada, Coach Scott has been involved in hockey for over 40 years as a player and as a coach. After playing Canadian Division I college hockey at the Royal Military College (Canada's West Point) Coach Scott served as an officer in the Canadian Army for 10 years.
Coach Scott brings a wealth of coaching experience at the collegiate, junior and youth levels including five years as the head coach at his alma mater, the Royal Military College of Canada. In 2001, he moved to Central Pennsylvania to live with his new wife Kelly. Since that time, he has been heavily involved with the Panthers at the youth and junior levels. He holds a USA Hockey level 5 Master certification as well as Hockey Canada's Advanced II certification.
Coach Scott holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and has a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario. He resides in Landisville with his wife Kelly and their two children Reagan and Owen.
K.C. KAUFFMAN - ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH
As a player, K.C. spent three seasons skating for the Gunnery School in Washington CT. K.C. was a tri-varsity sports captain in hockey, football and lacrosse in addition to being named the prestigous Male Athlete of the Year Award. Which is given to the student athlete who has contributed most significantly to the success of athletics during the school year through consistent achievement and sportsmanship. After the Gunnery K.C. went on to play for Elmira College (ECAC West Dviision III) where knee surgery eventually ended his playing career during his freshman season.
A USA Hockey level 4 certified coach, K.C. has enjoyed being an assistant coach with the Panther organization since 2005-2006. K.C. also coached the Junior Keystone State Games team to a gold medal each of the last two years.
MICHAEL TENNEY - ASSISTANT COACH/ ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Coach Mike Tenney is in his first year with the Central Penn organization. He comes to the organization with 4 years coaching experience at a variety of levels. Along with coaching with the NTPD Atlantic District Festival program for 2 years,he has also coached at the tier II level as well as at the high school level over the past 4 years. He is currently a level 4 USA Hockey certified coach.
Coach Mike played hockey for 12 years. He grew up just north of Philadelphia and played youth hockey in New Jersey for the Princeton Tigers youth organization. After youth hockey Coach Mike attended high school at the Hun School of Princeton and was the starting goalie for 2 years. As a senior he won the Dan Little Award for displaying leadership, sportsmanship and dedication to his team. Coach Mike attended Millersville University and graduated in December of 2008.
